Easy to book and simply use. It does not need to redeem the physical ticket. Hong Kong Airport Express is very fast, only 30 mins from/to airport.

The minivan pickup is at Terminal 2 but it is difficult to locate. It is somewhere in the middle of the arrival hall once you get out of the baggage collection area, there is a slope then at the bottom there will be signage displaying Terminal 2 but it is rather inconspicuous. Including waiting time for the minivan after showing our tickets we took about 35-40 min to reach Shenzhen. Minivan is spacious and can leave without it being fully filled. Including my travel partner only one other passenger and the driver took the 8am ride.

I was worried because some reviews said the boarding area was hard to find, but it wasn't so much the boarding area itself, but rather the border crossing point (Shenzhen Huanggang Port) that was difficult to find. The area is mostly under construction, making it confusing, but look for the signs that say "To Hong Kong" on the sidewalk and follow them to cross the border. The car is parked right after you cross the border, so I was greeted and didn't get lost at all. I don't speak any Chinese, but I was able to communicate by showing the QR code and was directed to the correct vehicle. Although reservations are made in 30-minute increments, it's probably best to consider that as just a guideline. Once I got in the car, it was very comfortable, and it's a service I would definitely like to use again next time.

I booked a half-day tour of the Tianjing Mangrove Forest, and the experience was fantastic! Our first stop was the Floating Mosque. From the bus, the blue dome and minaret stood out strikingly in the sunlight—solemn and photogenic; every shot was picturesque. Afterwards, we headed to the mangrove forest and saw gibbon monkeys up close for the first time. We fed them bananas, and the little guys were so lively and adorable; it was instantly heartwarming. Our driver, Xiao Qi, drove smoothly and attentively, while our guide, Steve, was enthusiastic and professional throughout, patiently explaining the local history, culture, and geography, making the otherwise mundane journey lively and interesting. The weather was quite hot that day, and finding the gibbon monkeys took some time. Although we only caught a glimpse from afar, it was still a fulfillment of our wish, leaving no regrets. We arrived at the beach in the evening. Our guide was a great photographer, capturing stunning sunset moments for everyone in our group. We were also lucky enough to catch a spectacular iron flower performance—dazzling and breathtaking! Finally, on the return trip, we searched for the romantic fireflies. The twinkling stars and the evening breeze created a truly enchanting atmosphere. The overall itinerary was well-planned, and the experience was rich and pleasant. I was very satisfied with the trip and would recommend it to everyone!
