Meet at meeting point: Please come to my studio : 3rd fl. 55-1 Insadong-gil Jongro-gu Seoul. (Once your reservation is confirmed, we will share the directions to you.)Hello, I'm Jeongju Welcome to my calligraphy workshop, where you'll discover more than just beautiful writing—you'll experience the meditative joy of traditional Korean brush calligraphy. This peaceful activity offers a chance to slow down, relax your mind, and immerse yourself in Korean culture. I'll guide you through the process, introducing you to traditional calligraphy materials and teaching you mindful brush techniques. You'll start with practice sessions focusing on basic strokes and Hangul characters. Then, you'll practice your names in 2 versions in writing. Next you can practice your own personalized scroll with a meaningful message. At last you are going to create your your own personalized scroll in Hangul. To add an authentic touch, you can choose to embellish your work with a traditional stamp that I'll provide. When you return home, your handcrafted Hangul calligraphy scroll will serve as a unique reminder of your Seoul experience.
