What a meaningful day! Our guide, Big, was incredibly enthusiastic and humorous! He explained things very well and patiently taught us how to cook. He also reminded us to be careful with the knives! He was so kind as to take photos for us. We had a wonderful time the whole time. The elephants and baby elephants were adorable, and the experience was so liberating and therapeutic. No food, no frend! We made food with love for the baby elephants!

I booked a day in advance, specifically choosing a slightly more expensive small group tour. After the group was formed, Xiaomu customer service created a group chat and provided photos of the driver and vehicle beforehand. The driver arrived early the next day to pick us up, and the journey was smooth. Upon arrival, our guide, Lyly, was incredibly lively and adorable, providing humorous and engaging commentary. She even sang us the Dumbo song – truly a Disney employee! Throughout the trip, she was very proactive in taking photos of us and encouraged us to interact with the different elephants, leaving us with a very enjoyable travel experience. Later, we realized we had forgotten to ask for a group photo, so we contacted Xiaomu customer service for help, and they quickly sent us the photo (the customer service was very respectful of privacy, only sending photos of the guests themselves – highly commendable!). Overall, the activity was very enjoyable and worth the price.

Our impromptu group consisted of only eight people. We were picked up and dropped off at the hotel, but due to the language barrier, the driver couldn't communicate with us. Upon arriving at the elephant camp, we felt quite disorganized. There was no designated person to greet us at the entrance, and once inside, we couldn't even find our guide. We were completely lost and confused, and considering the price wasn't cheap, we were a little annoyed. After complaining to the camp staff, we were assigned a guide who spoke Chinese, and things became much more pleasant. We had a simple lunch, then fed the elephants, and then went down to the river to watch them bathe. We were even unexpectedly sprayed with water by an elephant – it was quite funny! The elephants here seemed quite relaxed and carefree; some even wandered off to the other side of the river to play. Bless them!

It was great! The driver was very helpful, and we even gave him a tip. We spent a little less time at the elephant cafe, but the waterfall was really interesting, and the kids had a blast climbing it. We absolutely love Chiang Mai! Even after two weeks, we still wanted more. We'll definitely come back again!

I was initially worried the two half-day tours would be rushed, but the timing was perfect! The driver picked up all the guests within the allotted time, we had an hour at Angel Falls, and then two more hours at Sticky Falls – plenty of time. I booked the tours only the day before, but the travel agency contacted me promptly. Overall, a great experience, highly recommended! 👍
