Since I was traveling alone with my child and had a tight schedule, needing to catch an international flight after a full day of sightseeing, I booked a private car for two. Our driver, Sam, made for a relaxing and enjoyable day. He arrived at the pick-up point half an hour early. My first impression was that the car was clean and Sam drove steadily. He flexibly arranged the itinerary according to our expectations, was always available online, quickly picked up after each attraction, and even helped us find the nearest nice rest room. After Malacca Walking Street, he accurately estimated the time and took us to the Malacca Mosque, which we had originally planned to skip. Sam was very reliable; my child and I slept soundly and got plenty of rest in his car! We arrived at the airport on time and boarded smoothly. A huge thank you to Ctrip and Sam for making our last day in Malaysia an unforgettable experience!★

Overall, a very enjoyable trip, highly recommended! Especially the driver, [ck Guo], was wonderful; he understood the local culture, was enthusiastic and humorous, and very responsible. The entire trip was a fantastic experience. The other members of our group were also incredibly friendly and polite, making for a very comfortable trip. The driver even treated us to local snacks.★

We had an amazing trip with the driver Mr. Ng. He came in time, followed all the program properly and suggested the best places and poses for pictures. During the trip we were provided with water, charger and even authentic scarfs for memorable pictures. Mr. Ng was very polite, attentive and even organized extra service on our request. The trip is interesting showing culture, history and religion of the country. Very worthy to go. Thanks a lot! We are happy!★

The Indian-Malaysian guide was friendly and accommodating of requests such as using the restroom, which was great. He even provided an umbrella during a downpour. Areas for improvement include refraining from taking excessive photos and providing more consistent instructions to multiple guests. There were many times when it was difficult to navigate the crowds. Also, although it wasn't their fault, the significant delay in arrival due to traffic was disappointing.
