The Giraffe Castle Hotel was a perfect choice for a family getaway, and it did not disappoint. The entire experience was comfortable and smooth, with quality evident in every detail. The hotel's service was commendable; the staff were warm, friendly, and responsive, proactively offering guidance and assistance. Check-in and check-out were simple and efficient, and room service was prompt and attentive throughout the stay, with items replenished carefully and any issues resolved effectively. The follow-up ambassador, Wang Junchao, was also very responsive. The lobby was grand and dreamy, with a lively and soothing giraffe-themed design. The space was bright and airy, with exquisite sculptures and playful decorations throughout. The floors were clean and free of clutter, the lighting was soft, and the rest area was well-planned, creating a perfect atmosphere for photos. The rooms were brand new and in excellent condition, with a logical layout and clear separation of living and sleeping areas. Appliances such as air conditioning and televisions were easy to operate, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the soundproofing was excellent, and all family-friendly amenities were provided. The rooms were spotlessly clean, providing an exceptional stay. The hotel is also very convenient, with its own large free parking lot, making parking hassle-free, and it's just a few minutes' walk from the park. The restaurant served light and delicious food with fresh ingredients, making for a comfortable overall experience. Highly recommended for families with children.

The actual tour itself was really good. Got their perfect timing so it wasn’t too crowded and the legs weren’t too long. Got there around 12. The best part was actually the rafting it’s really fun. No the actual Private Trevor, and the right that this booking is ready for they first messed up my reservation and forgot to give me a ticket and then it was a bunch of confusion and then they finally got back to the park and walked in and gave me back my ticket that I should’ve been given in the beginning. The driver also was trying to smoke cigarettes while I was driving and I’m an asthmatic so that was not saying well with me. I asked him not to and he didn’t, but I still don’t think he was way too comfortable to even try a late a cigarette while we were driving that is very unprofessional. The car also was dirty, especially on the outside of the car. It was extremely dusty and dirty. The driver was speeding the whole ride and I was actually quite scared and uncomfortable so I would not b

The trip was great. But I think it was quite expensive for what it was (but maybe it is that expensive because I went alone so couldn’t share transfer costs). An english speaking taxi driver would have made the Experience a lot better for non Chinese speaking foreigners because it are long drives.
