Overall, it was a good trip. Having visited Kiyomizu-dera Temple before, this time I mainly went to Gion and Hanamikoji Street, walking all the way to the Kamo River – very charming. The most breathtaking part of the entire trip was actually Kinkaku-ji Temple, which I visited the shortest time at; it's the pinnacle of Japanese garden aesthetics, photogenic from every angle and vantage point. The parking location in Arashiyama in the afternoon could be discussed for improvement; we parked at the bridgehead on the opposite side of the bamboo grove and the scenic train route, which added a lot of walking. The scenic train is still too popular; I didn't expect that even during the off-season, the tickets were sold out.★

I booked a one-day tour of Kyoto while on a 3-night, 4-day family trip to Osaka. Since it was my first time, I wasn't familiar with the meeting locations or the itinerary, but I appreciated that the guide reminded us of the meeting points via KakaoTalk the day before and shared stories about the places and culture throughout the bus ride. I was touched by how diligently our guide, Saidoshiko, spoke Korean, and she was incredibly responsible in her work. Because she spoke Korean so well, I believe even first-time travelers to Japan would feel no pressure regarding communication issues. Also, towards the end of the tour, she recommended a great restaurant for dinner, allowing my family and me to enjoy a delicious and affordable meal.★

Oscar, our guide, was excellent in both English and Chinese, providing detailed explanations and taking care of everyone in the group! The overall itinerary was well-paced, with a well-planned route that made the trip enjoyable without being tiring. The guide led us through the interior and exterior of Nijo Castle. In Arashiyama, he guided us to the entrance of the bamboo grove; at Kinkaku-ji and Fushimi Inari, he led us to the entrance of the scenic area, explaining the route, time, and pick-up point. It was fantastic! Although we booked a 46-person group due to the heat, it was actually a small group with a guide and driver. Excellent value for money, great value for money, and very convenient to get on and off at Kyoto Station. Thank you! We also met another guide, Gao, plus a very knowledgeable international student! He helped take care of the Chinese-speaking tourists in the group and took photos for us. Thank you! My husband got along very well with him.★

With two teens, who were tired of walking, this was the perfect activity. Tai was a great and kind guide, who looked after everyone. After mastering the e-bikes we zoomed through the city and along the river to some beautiful and serene temple and shrine time with very useful information. Much better than the touristy places. A very memorable activity!★

This day trip was very well-planned and flowed smoothly. The connections and stopover times between attractions were perfectly managed, allowing for complete freedom and eliminating any sense of rushing. Everyone was able to comfortably enjoy the entire trip.
Special thanks to our tour guide! Throughout the trip, she was not only warm, friendly, and attentive, but she also catered to all of my family's needs. Her explanations of the attractions were also very vivid and engaging, giving us a deeper understanding of each place.
