The trip on June 13, 2026 was fantastic! Choosing the right service company was key to a wonderful experience! Not only was the itinerary exactly as described in the package, but the boat company staff were also excellent and spoke Chinese, making communication easy! The snorkeling experience was also superb and highly recommended!★

The excursion left a lasting impression: snorkeling with manta rays and the tears of the devil were simply wow, beyond words. We were picked up from the hotel, traveled by boat, then boarded a snorkeling/diving boat. Two spots were enough for us. We then returned to shore, were fed, and taken to the excursion sites. We returned to the port and sailed to Sanur, where a transfer to the hotel was waiting.★

Excellent transfer service by D’Stars. Everything was well organized and on time. The boat was comfortable, accommodating around 70 passengers, and the boarding process was smooth. The staff handled our luggage from the company office all the way to the boat, which made everything much easier. The trip was comfortable and safe, leaving only positive impressions. Please note that you need to exchange your booking voucher for a boat ticket at the company office before departure, and it is better to arrive in advance, ideally 45-60 minutes before departure. Also, upon arrival in Nusa Lembongan, you may need to step into shallow water (around ankle-deep) and walk a short distance on the sand, so it is worth considering appropriate clothing and footwear.★

The tour included pickup at 7:30 and drop-off back at the accommodation at 5:30. Snorkeling and kayaking were fun. I saw plenty of manta rays and turtles, and it was a great experience. The only downside was that while the staff drove us well and worked hard to show us the turtles and manta rays, I felt there was a lack of explanation regarding each point of interest and the itinerary. Still, I am satisfied because I accomplished one item on my bucket list.★

Overall, the tour was excellent. The island locations were magnificent. It's hard to describe the lushness and power of nature; it has to be seen.
The only issue was the morning transfer to the port. We were picked up from our hotel at 7:45 AM, brought to an office near the port by 8:20 AM, and given tickets. Then we were put back on the bus (with more than 10 people, although a group is supposed to be no larger than 6) for a 40-minute drive through traffic to the port. It was a leisurely 15-minute walk!
Everything else was great. They took us to all the designated locations and fed us lunch. The drivers on the islands were great. They were always willing to take photos, and they were very good at clearing out other people from the photo spots! A special thank you to them for that!
