- Please arrange your own transportation and go to the meeting point on your own (ride electric bikes, motorcycles, or bicycles to the meeting point, change into gear, and the instructor will lead you to the suitable sea area for the activity. If you have no experience driving a two-wheeled motor vehicle, you can book a vehicle with extra charge for dive site transfers)
- Pregnant women (and those possibly pregnant), individuals with heart disease, hypertension, asthma, diabetes, or epilepsy are unsuitable for water activities. Those with colds are also unsuitable for diving activity.
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes in advance at the meeting point to avoid losing activity experience time.
- Snorkeling and scuba diving: If poor underwater visibility due to weather conditions prevents turtle sightings (a natural phenomenon), no refund will be provided.
- Do not consume alcoholic beverages within 12 hours before the activity starts.
- Please bring your own swimwear, change of clothes, towel and water bottle. It is recommended to carry eco-friendly utensils. Prescription diving masks are provided.
- Before participating in the diving activity, please read and complete the "liability and risk assumption agreement" and "health survey agreement".
- During the activity, participants must follow the coach's instructions. Failure to comply may result in termination of the activity without refund. We cannot be held responsible for accidents caused by disregarding warnings.
- Participants unable to join the activity due to sudden illness must provide a physician's certificate. No refund will be issued without such proof. Late arrivals or cancellations due to non-force majeure reasons are also non-refundable.
- As the activity depends on weather conditions, if it is canceled due to weather factors, you will receive a full refund or can reschedule for the next available date.
- This activity adheres to the principle of not touching, disturbing, or collecting any marine life. Do not book if you cannot accept this.
- The package includes free shooting service, covering underwater and aerial footage. Photos and videos will be provided via memory card. In case of equipment or memory card malfunction, we cannot offer a refund or reshoot. Your understanding is appreciated.
- If you have no experience driving a two-wheeled motor vehicle, you can visit the little turtle follower page to book a vehicle with extra charge for dive site transfers.
- Snorkeling spots; vase rock & lobster cave & beauty cave & zhong'ao beach & shanfu & hou stone (spots to be determined by the instructor based on wave conditions of the day)
- Activity flow: After checking in for the little turtle water activity, change into snorkeling attire and gear (rash guard, non-slip shoes, diving mask, snorkel, life jacket). After changing, ride a bike (if you have no experience driving a two-wheeled vehicle, you can book a paid diving spot shuttle via the little turtle fan page) to the activity sea area. First, receive instructions and movement guidance on the shore. After the guide, proceed with the snorkeling activity to get close to marine life. After snorkeling, return to the diving shop to rinse and change. At the end of the itinerary, scan the QR code to download activity photos from the little turtle cloud.
- Pet experience: NTD 400 for 2 kg to 14 kg, NTD 500 for 15 kg to 20 kg, NTD 600 for 21 kg to 28 kg. We provide life jackets, float boards or life rings, and a pet dryer. Please bring your pet's life jacket and trim your pet's nails.
