1. For a customized round trip charter service, the total travel time from boarding to disembarking in Osaka city is within 10 hours (8 hours for a different destination). Overtime will be charged 5,000 yen/hour and must be paid to the driver on site.

2. Eating and drinking are not allowed in the car. Passengers will be responsible for cleaning the car if it becomes dirty.

4. The vehicle is for reference only. If the above model and color are not available, the same level model will be substituted. The vehicle is subject to the on-site conditions and the actual number of passengers must be filled in (including infants and children must be included in the number of passengers).

5. The number of passenger seats will decrease as the number of pieces of luggage increases. When booking, please refer to the vehicle's passenger capacity limit and accurately provide information such as the number of passengers, number of pieces of luggage, and luggage dimensions. If the reservation content does not meet the requirements, the store reserves the right to change it.

6. If you require a child seat, please indicate the number you require in the "Remarks" column when making your reservation. From the second child seat onwards, each child seat will be charged 2,500 yen.

7. Overtime rental due to traffic congestion, regardless of natural reasons or traffic regulations, will still be subject to surcharges.

8. Additional fees:

The charter service time is from 06:00 to 22:00. The car usage time is 10 hours, and the overtime fee is 5,000 yen per hour (less than 1 hour will be calculated as 1 hour)

All vehicles depart from Osaka.

9. Pets are not allowed. A free child seat can be provided. If required, please make a note when placing an order.
