The trip was excellently organized. There were four of us – two adults and two children. They contacted me in advance to discuss all the details. The driver picked us up from our hotel, took us to the amusement park, printed all the tickets, and waited for us. After the park, he took us to a pre-renovated shopping center instead of the hotel. I really liked the park itself; the private transfer was also great because you arrive before the tour groups, so we were able to explore the area without the crowds for the first hour and a half. The car was comfortable, a sedan-like train, and we communicated with the driver through a translator, but that wasn't a problem at all. I'm writing a review of the service and give it an excellent rating. Many good reviews have already been written about the park itself. I'll add that the downhill racing was unexpectedly cool. Whether you're choosing between go-karts or tobogganing, the go-karts are definitely the go-karts! It was a blast, with a long track and real speed. The food was reasonably priced both on the mountain and in the reception area. They accept payments via the UP RSHB app. In short, we didn’t regret going to this park with these organizers.

Driver arrived 10 min early and kept us posted where he will he . The ride was smooth and on time. Gulong Xia is great and must visit if u hv time. The rides were amazing and view is incredible

Pick up was on time and the ride to the mountain was a breeze! Excellent driver and scenic route! Once we got to the mountain entrance our driver led us all the way to our departure point for the bus that drove us to the beginning of the trail! The hike was wonderful, full of surprises in every turn! Lots of picture perfect moments and since our tour included our tickets to the activities, it was quick and very easy! My husband and I loved the experience and hope to repeat it one day in the future! When we came back down on the roller coaster and the karts we had lunch in the restaurants right in front of the hotel and our driver was ready waiting for us! Excellent service and 100% recommended for anyone who asks!!!

The driver (Mr. Rong) is a safe driver. The itineraries are about 90% precise. It would be better to state those Excluded activities (and the additional fees applicable onsite) more explicitly (instead of “not mentioned means excluded”).

Claiming the step surrounding with nature and 1st experience at the glass bright - cliff car and QQ car are the best experience ever. Recommend for adult and senior who able to walk. Temperature in October 2026 is good - not cold 🥶, windy and fresh air at the mountain. 🏔️
