The trip was amazing! Nan'ao Island was incredibly beautiful, and everything was seamless — nothing felt rushed, so we could enjoy the experience at our own pace. Having 华司导 (Hua Sidao) with us made it all the better. Not only was her driving smooth, she was also bright and friendly. As Chaoshan people from overseas, we wanted to experience what life is like in the motherland, and she helped us learn so much. My mum especially felt at home through their conversations together. She was a wonderful communication partner — my Mandarin is weak, but her Teochew was clear and easy to follow, so we never struggled to connect. If we ever return with family, we'd love to have her guide us again.

We booked a three-person table on the second floor in advance. The meal included a plate of snacks, a pot of tea, and three performances every twenty minutes. It was a wonderful experience of enjoying tea and watching a play.
