I had an incredible experience exploring Ubud thanks to our driver! From the moment he picked me up, he was exceptionally friendly, punctual, and welcoming. He drove very safely and smoothly, making navigating the busy Bali roads completely stress-free. He was so knowledgeable about the local culture and gave fantastic recommendations for scenic spots, rice terraces, waterfalls, and local hidden gems. The car was clean, cool, and very comfortable throughout the entire trip. If you are visiting Ubud and want a reliable, kind, and professional driver who genuinely cares about making your trip special, I cannot recommend him enough! 10/10 service! I forgot my bag which has credit cards passport and money and he brought him back

I want to express my deepest gratitude to my driver, Krisna, who turned out to be such a wonderful person! This was my first time hiring a private driver in Bali, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Even though my English isn't perfect, we had amazing conversations, laughed a lot, and joked around throughout the day. I had such a blast - in fact, the day I spent with Krisna was genuinely one of my absolute favorite days in Bali! I managed to visit almost every place on my bucket list and got so many incredible photos. Krisna helped me out in so many ways, kept my spirits high, and was just an all-around kind, amazing guy. By the end of the trip, I actually felt a little sad saying goodbye! But I really hope to return to Bali soon so we can explore Ubud together again and finish the rest of our itinerary! 😁😁 Krisna, thank you so much for everything - you made my Bali experience so much brighter and more beautiful! Excellent transfer service by D’Stars. Everything was well organized and on time. The boat was comfortable, accommodating around 70 passengers, and the boarding process was smooth. The staff handled our luggage from the company office all the way to the boat, which made everything much easier. The trip was comfortable and safe, leaving only positive impressions. Please note that you need to exchange your booking voucher for a boat ticket at the company office before departure, and it is better to arrive in advance, ideally 45-60 minutes before departure. Also, upon arrival in Nusa Lembongan, you may need to step into shallow water (around ankle-deep) and walk a short distance on the sand, so it is worth considering appropriate clothing and footwear.

The trip on June 13, 2026 was fantastic! Choosing the right service company was key to a wonderful experience! Not only was the itinerary exactly as described in the package, but the boat company staff were also excellent and spoke Chinese, making communication easy! The snorkeling experience was also superb and highly recommended!

The tour included pickup at 7:30 and drop-off back at the accommodation at 5:30. Snorkeling and kayaking were fun. I saw plenty of manta rays and turtles, and it was a great experience. The only downside was that while the staff drove us well and worked hard to show us the turtles and manta rays, I felt there was a lack of explanation regarding each point of interest and the itinerary. Still, I am satisfied because I accomplished one item on my bucket list.
