Our whole family had a wonderful experience! The bus is very comfortable. First of all, when you arrive at the pickup location, you wait in a comfortable area with restrooms, Wi-Fi, and tables. There's a person who checks your arrival and matches your reservation. When the bus arrives on your route, they make sure you don't miss it. Shoes are removed upon entry, the interior is carpeted, and everything is clean. The bus itself is modern, with comfortable beds, a pillow, a blanket, curtains, air conditioning, water, electricity, a TV, and even a massage! We traveled from Ninh Binh to Donang, a journey that took 10.5 hours. We boarded in the evening and arrived in the morning! We were very pleased! Thank you so much for such great service!★

I have bought round trip, round trip both trips in the middle of each have to stop a drop-off point, when going he took us to a rest stop place, there are merchandise, souvenirs to purchase, as well as simple meals and drinks. When I went back I went to a place similar to compulsive consumption, but it was actually just sitting in a room and listening to him for a while, and then strolling around for a while, the fare was so cheap, I think as a stop, it was good to go to the bathroom.★

Pros: Picked-up from our hotel in Sapa. Clean bus and it smells good. Comfortable ride, the driver is careful. Pillows and blanket are provided. No dizziness despite of the zigzag road. On-time. Cons: Only one water bottle is provided even if you are two people in one cabin. The entertainment screen only has local radio channel. The cabin is quite tight for two people but can be managed if you are not bulky or tall. Also, consider the bag you'll be bringing in the cabin as it will also take some space. The massage only works on the right side of the bed, only one person can feel the massage. They cannot drop us off in our hotel in Hanoi. The street where they asked us to got-off is along the highway. Better if there is an actual building or station of G8 to be safe as it's midnight. Many taxi drivers will ask you but always book a grab instead.★

We took the HK Open Tour from Hanoi to Sapa on March 16, 2026.
We spent a long time choosing and reading reviews.
👉We chose two lower berths. The day before departure, we received a WhatsApp message offering to change the time.
We decided that 12:30 was optimal, and it was the right decision. We checked out of the hotel without any problems and drove to our destination.
The manager explained everything in detail in an email and sent us a point on the map.
The minibus arrived, stopping a couple of times along the way to pick up other tourists.
We were at the bus within 30 minutes.
💤 Amenities: We were given bags for our shoes at the entrance.
- We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious bed, which could be adjusted to two positions: semi-sitting and lying down. Water, a napkin, pillows, and a blanket were provided.
I'm 185 cm tall, and the diagonal measurement was very comfortable, and it fit. Window shades, USB/Type-C charging ports, Wi-Fi, headphones, and a massage console.
- Buy yourself some fruit and candy, and don't drink too much on the road. Slippers are provided for when you leave. ⛰️They took us to the top of the Sapa, then a minibus arrived and took us to our hotel. Great bus and crew👍
