I book 1 month ahead, I was in constant contact with the people in charge… 1 day before I got the information for the pick up (who, what vehicle and the time)… the day off? 5.30 am came and went and no pick up! The person didn’t answer the phone so I had to contact trip.com… Fortunately they were able to help and sent another car to pick me up and drive me to the pier… The boat had to wait for me but I was able to get on it…. It’s 2/3 hours to oslob and then only 30 min in the water with the whale sharks… Overall? It was my dream to swim with whale sharks so I was very happy to make it come true!

Shark experience was incredible and unique. Only problem was the ride, driver was driving very fast and erratic, in a careless way even after being asked to slow down

This was a very satisfying travel experience. Before departure, customer service representative Jessica provided detailed and friendly guidance. Upon arrival, the English-speaking driver/guide was easy to communicate with, offering warm, friendly, and enthusiastic service. They answered all questions and made appropriate adjustments based on guest needs. The whale shark watching itinerary was also well-organized. If you're bringing children, it's best to prepare snorkels in advance and practice using them in the pool before going into the sea, otherwise they might choke on seawater. Those prone to seasickness should prepare seasickness medication beforehand. Seeing the whale sharks was incredibly exciting! Two baby whale sharks appeared at the same time; although they were a little smelly, they were still incredibly cute and heartwarming. I highly recommend this product!

Overall, it's a good train. But when you pay for snorkeling, you think it's all included. On site, they only give you a mask, NO snorkel!!! And no fins. Snorkeling is diving with a mask, snorkel, and fins. We had to pay extra on site.

This trip to Cebu, Philippines was fantastic! The overall itinerary was well-planned, allowing us to not only enjoy Cebu's beautiful island scenery but also experience unique activities like snorkeling, close encounters with whale sharks, and watching sardine runs, creating many unforgettable memories. Throughout the trip, the guide and staff were incredibly enthusiastic, patient, and provided excellent service. They proactively introduced us to local customs and traditions while also reminding us to be careful. They communicated and resolved any issues promptly, making us feel very safe and secure in a foreign country. The marine experience was the most surprising. The water was crystal clear, and the underwater scenery was breathtaking. Seeing whale sharks and schools of sardines with my own eyes was completely different from what I'd seen in photos and videos! The natural scenery along the way was also beautiful, perfect for taking photos. Overall, it was a fulfilling, enjoyable, and unforgettable trip, allowing me to experience the unique natural landscapes of the Philippines and feel the warmth of the local people. If any friends are planning a trip to Cebu in the future, I would definitely recommend this trip!
