Before coming to Osaka, I really wanted to eat Wagyu beef. After searching around, this was the only place with good reviews, a convenient location, and high cost-performance. It was easy to find in Dotonbori. As soon as I entered, the staff was already waiting for me, which was quite a pleasant surprise. There was a male staff member who spoke Chinese, English, and Japanese, and his service was excellent. I have to give him a round of applause! I hope the boss sees this and gives him a raise. He explained everything in detail and his service was very attentive. Everyone should definitely check it out! He first helped us order a mixed platter, told us to take a picture first, and then we could tell him what else we wanted after we finished that platter, and he would add more for us. It was so thoughtful! I had a great time eating there with my mom. Thank you to them!★

Pretty good deal for a HoHo bus. Our tix were valid for 24 hours and 2 of the lines ran until 9:30 PM. The other 2 ended at 5:30. Dialog on bus was only mandarin and no earbuds available to translate to other languages. Good if you want to discover the city.★

So, no one will send you anything the day before your visit. Go to the west gate and there's a separate reception desk there, right at the entrance, not where the tickets are, but where the tourist information is, and they'll register you there. Give them your phone number, which you provided. The tea itself wasn't great, the pastries were honestly plain, and there were only two sandwiches. I probably wouldn't go there again. And if you have problems with your vestibular system, it won't be so good. But the observation deck is definitely something.★

We booked two days in advance, and it got quite crowded with people starting to get busy during the summer holidays. We picked up our meal tickets at the customer service center. The restaurant's selection was decent, considering the limited space. The ambiance was first-class, with excellent views, and it wasn't too noisy. For the salmon sashimi, you can order the belly; it has a sweet aftertaste. There was no queue, and they also had hot dishes, Western pastries, and both Chinese and Western soups. After your meal, you can enjoy a free tour of the 117th and 118th floors for sightseeing.
