The trip to Luoyang was a true cultural feast! The Luoyang Museum boasts a rich collection, offering a clear overview of the civilization of this ancient capital of thirteen dynasties. The exquisite Tang tri-colored pottery is breathtaking and unforgettable. The White Horse Temple, ancient and solemn, is China's oldest temple, its blue bricks and ancient cypress trees exuding a profound Zen atmosphere, as if transporting one back a thousand years. The Longmen Grottoes are even more awe-inspiring; the Vairocana Buddha is compassionate and dignified, and the exquisite sculptures in the Ten Thousand Buddha Cave are breathtaking. The Yi River flows alongside the mountains, its scenery and culture complementing each other perfectly. Each of the three sites has its own unique characteristics, both profound and moving, and I highly recommend them to anyone who loves history and culture!
This trip was so successful thanks to our excellent tour guide! His explanations were detailed and vivid throughout, explaining the historical origins of the Longmen Grottoes and the cultural stories of the White Horse Temple in a simple and easy-to-understand way, bringing the cold ancient sites to life. He arranged the itinerary thoughtfully and considerately, maintaining a good pace, and always thinking of our safety and reminding us to manage our time effectively. She was warm, sincere, and always ready to answer questions, with a smile throughout the entire trip, making the whole journey incredibly pleasant. This tour guide deserves a perfect score!★

Wow, the Longmen grotto especially is both everything and nothing like I expected! I appreciated the tour guide at both the Shaolin temple and the grotto telling stories and giving explanations for the things we were looking at. Both places were extremely, extremely busy, but I managed to see everything I wanted to!★
