How to use
1. Staff cannot and will not contact you in any way; please plan your itinerary yourself.
 
2. Present the e-voucher provided by the supplier at the designated meeting point for use.
 
Arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to have your tickets checked.
 
4. Address: Bus Stop 1, Bulleid Way, 123-151 Buckingham Palace Rd, Victoria, London, SW1W 9SR (Please double-check your e-voucher as the final address will be shown there.)
 
Important Notes
 
1. Due to the special nature of this product, if the departure time slot is canceled for any reason, the operator will contact you to change the time slot/date. Please keep your phone accessible.
 
2. If you have special dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian, no nuts), please inform us 72 hours in advance. Otherwise, the default meal option will be provided.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 7 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
