Everything was as advertised on Ctrip, except that I waited at the hotel entrance until 8 a.m. and still no car came to pick me up. Fortunately, I contacted Ctrip customer service, and Mr. Chen Xiaolong, a dedicated after-sales representative, handled my situation. Mr. Chen was incredibly patient, calling multiple times until I was finally able to depart smoothly. I must say, Ctrip's after-sales response was prompt and their processing speed was excellent. Being alone and helpless abroad, every word of comfort from customer service was incredibly heartwarming. Thank you so much!

Maybe we weren't very lucky, but the tour guide didn't really want to talk to us, unlike other travelers 😅 But the excursions themselves were simply wonderful, they told us about each place in detail, offered help if necessary, and even Japanese language practice (optional).

Overall, the trip was good. The only drawback was that although the tour guide said WeChat Pay and Alipay were widely accepted in Kobe, very few accepted them. Most places only accepted cash and credit cards, which meant we couldn't eat at the restaurants we wanted. Make sure to bring enough cash or credit cards when visiting Kobe.

I joined a snow-playing and Arima hot spring tour on January 28th at Mount Rokko. The tour leader, Lully, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The itinerary was perfectly arranged, and she handled any issues that arose with other group members very quickly and efficiently. We had a fantastic time! Lully switched between three languages ​​during the tour – Chinese, English, and Korean – which was truly impressive! I highly recommend Lully and the driver! Taking a day trip is so relaxing; you can sleep and rest as soon as you get on the bus. Highly recommended!

I really appreciated that the guide was kind and attentive throughout the tour, making sure to take great photos for me. They also shared information about great restaurants and local spots while we were traveling, which was very helpful for my trip. I was able to explore Arima Onsen at a leisurely pace, and the view from Mt. Rokko was truly beautiful thanks to the good weather. Being able to comfortably visit multiple places, including the Kobe area, all within a single day was especially great for me as a solo traveler. The weather that day was truly exceptional; the sky was clear and the scenery was clearly visible, making it perfect for taking photos. Overall, the itinerary was packed with activities, and I had a comfortable and enjoyable trip. It was a tour that left me with fond memories.

I'd seen group buses to Nihonbashi for a while, and today I finally tried a day tour of Japan for the first time. The itinerary, the guide service, and the bus ride were all fantastic. Our guide, Huahua, did an excellent job with the itinerary planning, allocating time at each attraction, and accompanying us throughout the tour. My son really enjoyed her; we chatted and explored together, making the whole experience very comfortable. We had ample time to visit each attraction, and there were no hidden charges or shopping stops. I hope to have the opportunity to meet such an excellent guide again!
