We had a tour with Skip who was a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour itself took us across and out of Amsterdam through some lovely countryside. The cheese tasting was very nice and we didn’t want the tour to end as it was just a perfect day experience. You see a lot more by exploring on a bike .
