This was such a beautiful day trip to the Lake Distict and perfect for anyone who is limited on time but still wants to experience it! Frank was a great guide and did an awesome job navigating the narrow mountain roads. You get to listen to some short stories, then theres an optional boat ride for a fee, some time in the little villages, a chance to hike up to a waterfall and most impressively a chance to hike through what looks like the inside of a postcard! I am hoping in the future I can come back to the lake district and spend more time there thanks to this tour.★

I highly recommend Chinese tourists book an English-language tour. If your English isn't great, you can use a translation app like Doubao (a Chinese translation platform). It's truly a great deal; the driver/guide is incredibly professional, dedicated, and friendly. They talk non-stop throughout the journey, covering everything from local history, culture, and villages to what to eat, what music to listen to, and even various British jokes—it's all very entertaining. It's not just about telling you "meet at what time" at each attraction; they genuinely let you know what you've seen and experienced. Everyone tipped after we got off the bus.Trip.com picks
