Overall it was a good activity; but I do recommend doing a better research on the activities you want to do in Madagascar, what they do and do not include, and the time you have allocated for them. We did see giant turtles, but that was the only highlight of the trip that almost got ruined bc of the lack of snorkels, which we had to rent but they had no availability. Lunch was not included, which we knew beforehand, but we didn’t have the option to buy lunch at the island they took us too. In general, the tour fell short to what we expected.

This trip is packed with highlights, especially on Nosy Komba. You’ll encounter exotic animals and see paradise-like landscapes. Julien looked after me and my belongings while I enjoyed my time on the islands. He ensured every part of the itinerary went smoothly. Unfortunately, he lost my flip-flops in the ocean :-P Highly recommended!

Expect a bumpy ride (tuk-tuk) to the shore to take a pirogue which was motorized (a bonus). Visit to the park was lovely even though it was very hot that day. The guide was knowledgeable and led us to see lemurs, chameleons and other wildlife. The trip could be shortened by an hour as there is nothing to do after lunch. Not sure why it was recommended to take a swimming suit as there was no opportunity to swim. Overall, I enjoyed the activity as my main goal for the trip (to see the wildlife) was achieved.
