We were welcomed by Eleanora and immediately served with delicious cheeses and meats from the local shop, accompanied by a selection of perfect balsamics, oils and chutney….. and not forgetting the organic wine! The pasta making was huge fun and we made fettuccine to take home and ravioli which was then presented to us with a sumptuous sauce for supper. Eleanora made us a mousse for dessert and we were offered wine throughout. We loved the evening … thank you Eleanora.

My wife and I went during our honeymoon. Genuinely the best wine of our lives, and the views were absolutely incredible. The staff were knowledgeable and super friendly, they even gave us free wine for our honeymoon. If you’re thinking about booking this, just do it!

We had so much fun learning to make fettuccine, ravioli, tortellini and tiramisu with Eleonora! She is a great teacher, and dinner was amazing! We also shared many laughs together. She is the sweetest!

The family host was so welcoming. The property is breathtaking. The wine was very good. Completely different than what we expected. The food pairing was delicious as well. We would recommend this experience with 5 stars :)

Wow! What a wonderful afternoon! The wine, olive oil and balsamic tasting at Tili Winery was a highlight of our time in Tuscany and Umbria. Our guide Giulia was wonderful. She checked in before arriving making it easy to know who to look out for to meet. We began by tasting the oil, with an explanation and demonstration of how to tasty properly and what to look for and expect. From there we enjoyed 5 wines with plenty of food, bread, bruschetta, meats and some sweet treats And then finally we tasted two different balsamics The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable and accommodated my dietary requirements. We finished our tasting with a tour of the wine production area before being dropped back into Assisi. Tili’s wines are some of the best we’ve tasted on this trip! I highly recommend this experience for anyone visiting Assisi who enjoys great wines
