The Yufuin day trip on Ctrip was a fantastic experience overall! A special shout-out to our lovely tour leader, Yang Meng—she was incredibly nice, professional, and responsible, patiently helping each family take photos throughout the trip. Since I didn't have a Line account to join the main group, she created a small WeChat group for me and another traveler, allowing for timely communication about various matters during the trip. The Yufuin itinerary was well-paced, with ample time for strolling and taking photos at Lake Kinrin and Yunotsubo. She also recommended local restaurants and hidden gems to avoid overpriced shops. A truly relaxing and therapeutic trip—highly recommended!★

I signed up for the bus tour in Yufuin because I thought it would be convenient. Since there weren't many people on the tour when I went, Guide Yoon-chan was able to give each of us close, attentive attention, making the trip comfortable and enjoyable. She was kind and entertaining with her explanations, so even the travel time wasn't boring. In particular, she took amazing photos for us, so I got a lot of shots that are truly once-in-a-lifetime! Fantastic Kyushu Tour with an Outstanding Guide!
I had a wonderful experience exploring Yufuin, Beppu, and Dazaifu, and a big part of that was thanks to my excellent guide, Daisuke!
Despite the bad weather, Daisuke made the entire trip enjoyable and memorable. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about sharing Japanese culture and local traditions.
What impressed me most was his flexibility and willingness to accommodate all my wishes. He went above and beyond the standard itinerary, even showing me a unique onsen that became one of the highlights of the day.
The tour was well organized, with a great mix of beautiful scenery, food experiences, and interesting local discoveries. Daisuke's positive attitude and enthusiasm made even the rainy weather feel like part of the adventure.
Special thanks to Daisuke for turning a rainy day into one of the highlights of my trip to Japan! Highly recommended!★

We really enjoyed the tour; the sights were beautiful! The Hell Springs were especially memorable; the safari was very interesting. We didn't regret not getting a cage; you can see everything better from the bus! The village seemed too touristy and bustling, although the lake is very beautiful. The guide was very good, explained everything thoroughly, and everything was organized clearly and consistently. Thank you!★

Rena service is extremely friendly and very attentive, attraction explanations are detailed and in-depth, time and route control is just right, do not feel overwhelmed. The process also courteously shared many local pocket lists and attraction trivia. The experience of traveling with Rena was great, highly recommended!
