We had an absolutely perfect day tour of Bhaktapur Durbar Square and Nagarkot Viewpoint! Our guide Anon was incredibly kind and patient throughout the trip. He patiently introduced the history of ancient temples, took plenty of beautiful photos for us at every scenic spot, and adjusted our pace to make the journey relaxing. The hotel pick-up was punctual, the whole itinerary was well-organized and flawless. I highly recommend this tour and guide Anon to all visitors in Kathmandu!

This tour had been on my bucket list for a long time, and it certainly lived up to my expectations. The itinerary was well planned, and the time allocated at each of the Durbar Squares was more than sufficient to appreciate their remarkable wooden architecture and learn about their rich history. Our tour guide was highly knowledgeable and shared fascinating insights throughout the journey. The driver was also very patient, professional, and friendly, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Nepal who wants to explore its incredible cultural heritage.

This time, I followed Anon to all seven UNESCO World Heritage sites in the Kathmandu Valley: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square, Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Swayambhunath Temple (Monkey Temple), Boudhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, and Changgunarayan Temple. After a whole day, all I can say is—without him, the trip would have been at least half as valuable. The photography was a delightful surprise! Anon knew the best spots and times for each location perfectly—the sunset angle at the Monkey Temple, the foreground of the prayer wheels at Boudhanath Stupa, the composition of figures in Bhaktapur Pottery Square—he would proactively take photos for you and even teach you how to pose. He would check the photos afterward, and if you weren't satisfied, he would retake them, never being perfunctory. I have over a hundred more cinematic photos on my phone, all taken by him. If you're also planning a cultural tour of the Kathmandu Valley, I sincerely recommend asking for Anon Aryal. He's not just a guide, but also a passionate cultural ambassador for his homeland. If you hire him to lead the tour, you will take away more than just photos; you will take away a deep respect and fond memories of Nepal.
