The excursion was amazing; we loved it so much that we took it a second time. We were picked up from our hotel in Da Nang and taken by transport to Hoi An. There, we waited for the boat and then went to the island. We walked around the island a bit, explored the local sights, and then went snorkeling. We were given masks and vests and about an hour of free snorkeling. The reef was beautiful, with lots of different fish. Of course, everything depends on the weather; for example, on the first day, we saw more marine life than on the second, as the sea was less calm. However, it didn't spoil the experience. Then we went for lunch; it was very filling and delicious, and we had an hour free to walk around and swim. Finally, we were dropped off at the hotel; everything was great.★

I communicated with them via LINE, but they stopped responding midway through, which made me worried. The landmarks were easy to spot, so I actually found someone to help me without getting lost. There weren't that many people when I entered the country, so I thought I didn't need to use it, but you never know how crowded it will be until you arrive, so I will use it again in the future.★

To say it was awesome is an understatement. First, the group wasn't large, so it was very comfortable. Second, the tour was in English. We had a group from America and the Philippines, plus four Russians. Our guide, Nancy, was amazing; she explained everything and showed us the best places to see. Before the tour, we'd watched a review of what we should see, and then we'd suggest things to her, and she'd lead us by the hand everywhere. She was happy to respond to any suggestions and show us around. And third, you have to see it all with your own eyes. Videos don't convey the emotions you get when you're there. We didn't regret going one bit. As she said.★

I went to Sam Spa, located very close to the beach, and booked an oil treatment massage based on online reviews. The women at the spa were all very kind, and after filling out a questionnaire, I was led to a private room. They asked about my preferred pressure level, making it easy to express my preferences, and it seems you can even change therapists if you don't like the one you get. I stuck with the one I was assigned. The oil was used sparingly, but the massage was smooth and left my whole body feeling relaxed. After the treatment, I was served tea and dessert, and I enjoyed the lingering relaxation and the feeling of the massage along with the other customers before leaving the spa. It's a funny story, but I forgot something at the spa and had to walk quite a distance back to my hotel. Just before arriving, I remembered what I'd forgotten and had to go back to get it, putting my newly relaxed body back to its old habits.★

It's a total free pass! The price is cheap, immigration is quick, and it saves time—it's just great. You might think 20,000-30,000 won is a bit much, but when you see the line next to you, it's definitely worth it. I highly recommend doing it. Picking up your luggage is a hit or miss though...★

An excellent excursion! The captain was great – he got as close to the bridge as possible so we could see the show. All the staff were very friendly and helpful – they helped us find the right pier, provided refreshments and drinks immediately on the boat, and created a positive atmosphere. My husband and I were very pleased.
