The itinerary before lunch was arranged by the tour guide on the bus, and we weren't given tickets. Tickets were distributed during free time after the boat ride. Because several bridges were under repair, we wasted some time wandering around. Luzhi is a small place, and prices are relatively lower than other more famous ancient towns. The group-buying price was really good. I will continue to keep an eye on it and hope Ctrip will recommend more new and affordable tours.★

This trip to Sanxingdui truly refreshed my understanding of the unity of diversity in Chinese civilization! I was always limited by the traditional historical view of "Central Plains-centric". I especially want to thank Director Du, who accompanied and guided me throughout the trip. He was professional and patient, and he told the mysterious and interesting stories of the ancient Shu civilization behind the Sanxingdui artifacts in a vivid and easy-to-understand way, making the history that was originally separated by time and space come alive and easy to understand, and allowing me to feel the splendid and glorious years of the ancient Shu civilization.Trip.com picks
