The local team is very professional, with their own store in the town. The store has a parking lot, training room, changing room, and a huge cultural and creative gift shop. They are very professional! After four hours, it was not as tiring as I had imagined. On the contrary, it was full of fun and a first-time experience for me.

Overall, booking through Trip.com was excellent, and customer service was readily available. Although the flight was cancelled due to weather conditions on the day of the trip, we were able to reschedule for the following day directly through the counter. However, the original hiking tour was full, so we opted for the shorter 45-minute helicopter tour instead. Trip.com also assisted with the refund.

A bucket list activity. Kirby our guide was fantastic. Absolutely amazing. Almost cancelled due to poor weather but the team kept us updated and offered alternate options if needed. Thankfully we went ahead and it was a once in a lifetime experience that we won’t ever forget. Scenery is absolutely spectacular

The service was good, but I went at the wrong time of year and didn't see many ice floes on the lake. Going at the right time is very important.

There was only three of us on the tour and it was great. Not sure what we were going to expect it was fabulous, the weather was great. Lake Tepako was stunning with the sun shinning on it highlighting the turquoise colour. The views were all unbelievable never seen anything like it. Would recommend the tour to anyone who doesn't want to drive themselves.
