Overall, fantastic! Excellent service, great value for money, and a wonderful experience. I joined a Ctrip Iceland tour for several days, which covered almost all the classic Icelandic routes. It was well worth the price. The customer service representatives were very friendly. I contacted them in advance to inform them of all the important details. The trip went smoothly and successfully. My flight was supposed to arrive well before its scheduled time, but there was a significant delay, and by the time we landed, it was already 30 minutes before the bus departure time. I had to wait a considerable amount of time to retrieve my luggage, and during that time, I contacted the agency via chat. The agent contacted the bus company, and as a result, I arrived at the bus stop a few minutes late but was able to board the bus safely. Having such a support system in place is reassuring when going to a new or unfamiliar place. Thank you!★
