very convenient to use - paid online and got the email confirmation in a few seconds. Show the QR code (in the attachment of the email confirmation) to the driver and then we could get on and off in the same line of Hamburg's city tour bus within one day.

The short break was very well planned by the Neustadt travel agency. The hotel, city tour, and harbor cruise were all well organized. The train journey went perfectly, right down to the minute. I would gladly book with TUI again.

Everything except the Spice Museum… The voucher wasn't scanned because the attraction supposedly wasn't included in the pass. But it is. We paid the €12 entrance fee. Perhaps this information is helpful for future bookings from guests who experience the same issue. Best regards, Spitra Monika

Fast and without delay. Navigation with Google Maps was also quick. However, it's normal to be approached by homeless people begging on every trip.
