The trip was comfortable. The transfer picked us up from our hotel and transferred us to the main transport. We arrived two hours before Nian Binh, and then transferred to a transfer to Tam Coc. I couldn't find a way to choose a hotel in the app, so we were dropped off in the city center. Although other tourists were given a ride to their hotel (apparently only Trip.com didn't have this feature). One downside: we booked a pickup from the main departure point at 11:00 a.m., but we didn't leave until 12:00 a.m. We were a little worried about being picked up, but we received a message on WhatsApp in advance that a transfer would pick us up at 11:15 a.m. The street price for this route at agencies is $17. That's what we paid for the two of us in the app.★

The tour was quite good. It was nice, except for the extremely hot weather. I think it would be better if the tour guide were better at gathering the group. We had to wait for people who didn't show up on time every time. The food wasn't good either.
