We received excellent advice. Due to the poor weather conditions, we were advised to postpone the trip. Since e-bikes were still available on the second day, this was easily arranged. We quickly found an alternative program for the day and were thus able to enjoy our e-bike excursion in better weather. The bikes are powerful yet quite light. We found the suspension to be very good and the brakes reliable. The advice was excellent and friendly. Thank you!

Excellent on-site support! Unfortunately, the weather was bad, and we only saw dolphins. But nature has its own rules… Due to time constraints, we couldn't reschedule the tour as offered; the trip wasn't for everyone, but I thoroughly enjoyed it despite the challenges posed by the wind and weather! If you have any existing orthopedic issues, I strongly advise against it in rough seas!

Norberto was an amazing guide and I enjoyed the tour very much so. I had one day in Pico (came from Horta in the morning) and had to get the ferry back at 18:00. He was able to accommodate my itinerary into the tour, and despite being the only person on the day to take part in the tour, there was no awkwardness at all! He was very knowledgeable and explained many things that I would have missed, I loved the views, the van was very comfy and he gave suggestions for places to try for lunch. It was such a lovely day, and despite how big the island is, he manged to cover a lot of it in great detail. I don't normally write reviews, but I really enjoyed my time and Norberto's company.


