●The meeting place was difficult to find. It would be helpful to have more information about the meeting place when booking the tour, such as "look for the yellow trailer." The parking lot is large. ●The back seats of the 4WD were far too cramped for four people. ●The guide was very supportive and carefully and sincerely looked after and supported pedestrians who were falling behind the tour members on the rough terrain. His advice and explanations on taking photos were also accurate.★

An absolutely unforgettable experience! The ice cave tour was magical, a true spectacle of nature. A huge thank you to our Franco-Icelandic guide, Thomas, who was perfect from beginning to end. With a group of five children, it wasn't necessarily an easy challenge, but he adapted wonderfully to our pace with great kindness, patience, and teaching skills.★
