Master Wu was our guide. We communicated via WeChat translation. He was very curtious, kind, efficient. We enjoyed the whole itenerary including the evening show. We then approached him for help in planning the next day program. He offered excellent suggestions. We enjoyed both days.

Xiao Jiang's service was excellent. The car was very comfortable, and he drove very smoothly. He even helped us buy tickets when we arrived at the attractions, which was very thoughtful. His travel information was extremely helpful, and he answered all our questions. Our family had a wonderful time at the Longji Rice Terraces, and the elders all praised it highly. He took us to a great restaurant for lunch. If I have the chance to come back, I'll definitely look for him again!

The excursion started off promisingly: the driver met us at the hotel, and we communicated via WeChat and a translator. However, when we checked the route, it turned out that the first location wasn't on our itinerary. The driver couldn't clearly explain what this place was, why we were there, and what to do next. An unpleasant conversation escalated into a conversation with the organizer, but we still couldn't figure out whether it was a glitch at the top and the driver wasn't given our plan, or whether she herself didn't understand us, despite the list and screenshots from Trip. Luckily, we were then taken to the Silver Cave—an incredibly beautiful place that instantly lifted our spirits. After we got off, the same driver informed us that they were changing drivers, and the new one turned out to be a real savior: he took us to all the points, showed us everything, took a million amazing photos—a hero! Thanks to him, the excursion was a success. We figured out the rest of the translation details ourselves—it's no one's fault that we don't know. Chinese, we adapted, and in the end, everything worked out great. Thanks to the driver and team for their professionalism and service!

Today, our tour leader, Zest Jovial Yore, took us to Yangshuo. He initially suggested we visit Ruyi Peak in the morning, but then, due to the midday sun, recommended Silver Cave – very thoughtful! He also added two extra activities, so we had a fantastic time from morning till night!

This small group tour was a fantastic experience! Our guide, Mr. Xie, was incredibly professional, kind, attentive, and patient – ​​his service was superb. The itinerary was excellent; we didn't miss any of the highlights of Yangshuo, and the tour wasn't too rushed. We didn't have to worry about a thing all day – a definite thumbs up! I would definitely recommend this travel agency to friends. From initial inquiries to the end of the tour, they responded promptly and patiently at every step, and there was no hard selling of shopping – excellent!

The trip was very smooth and successful. Because we had limited time in Yangshuo, after explaining our needs to customer service representative Na Jie, the itinerary was adjusted to be more reasonable and personalized, and the costs were transparent, meeting our "special forces" requirements. The round trip from Guilin allowed us to see the sunrise at Xiangong Mountain, Xingping Ancient Town (including the 20 RMB viewing platform), a drive along the Ten-Mile Gallery, a bamboo raft trip on the Yulong River (the queue was quite long during the summer peak season, over an hour), Silver Cave, Moon Cave, and Moon Hill. With a normal itinerary, we could even see the sunset at the "A Panorama of Rivers and Mountains" painting. Since we needed to catch our flight, we headed back to the city. We were very grateful to driver Shen for his hard work and companionship throughout the day, ensuring we successfully visited all the highlights of Yangshuo. We were extremely satisfied.
