We highly recommend this activity. We booked the 12 pm tour and had the place to ourselves: what a treat! The setting was very calm, relaxing, and peaceful (with olive trees all around and very little traffic). The waitress was very friendly and let us enjoy the wine at our own pace without any pressure. She served very generous glasses of wine (but be sure to have a good breakfast or lunch, although the cheese and charcuterie platter was perfect for the tasting) and she was very attentive (we don't like red wine, so she adapted the wines). You also receive water to rinse your mouth and alternate with the wine. Our dog was allowed and loved napping under the trees in the shade. The establishment offers the option of ordering a picnic basket to enjoy in the vineyards of the estate (check out their website!). Afterwards, we visited Novigrad to digest all that delicious wine and food.

The tour began in an unexpected and interesting way: the guide explained the history of Venice and the fascinating evolution of gondolas, telling anecdotes you won't find in guidebooks. It's clear they love what they do. This introductory part made the tour much more engaging, as you step onto the water knowing what you're seeing. The highlight was, of course, the gondola ride through the famous narrow canals—the atmosphere is magical, silent, and feels like traveling back in time. The gondolier is very knowledgeable and glides through the canals with mastery. Kudos also to the staff: friendly, personable, and never boring. They made the experience light and enjoyable, answering all our questions with the right mix of professionalism and humor. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience Venice in the most authentic way.
