Aside from the fact that seeing the cliffs and the benagil cave from the water is breathtaking, which a lot of operators offer, Benagil eco tours does it with heart, enthousiasm and love for the area. With lots of stories about local history, small groups are expertly guided on and off the water. Definitely a fantastic experience!!

Amazing!! It was so fun and Jamie and Julio were great hosts and capitain!! We got to see dolphins and the caves were gorgeous!! Plus people who wanted to swim got the chance to swim in the ocean on the way back to the starting point!! Definitely recommend. Also, our host Jamie did the explanations (about the history of the caves/ marine life/ dolphins) in 3 languages - english, Portuguese and Spanish!

I had an amazing experience today with Philippe! With quite a rough sea, Philippe made me feel safe at all times, and I got to enjoy the breathtaking force of nature and our oceans from the Kayak! Philippe explained so many things, and we had great conversations as well. We even got off at one beach to see some fossils! I was lucky to be on the kayak with Philippe alone (late October), and while I did not go only to see Benagil, it was quite amazing that we were the only ones there while we were there. I count myself lucky bc of today‘s tour! Thank you for the amazing experience, Philippe!

Our two guides were fantastic. The 22-year-old guide from Moldova was a real character and, together with the captain, presented the history of the Benagil Caves in a very humorous way. Many thanks from models Erika and Renate from Hanover, Germany 😅
