We loved our experience with Lidia who was welcoming and a very generous host. Although Lidia spoke Italian we were easily able to follow her instructions assisted by her son’s translation. We have never laughed so much and enjoyed an activity as we did this wonderful dining experience. We helped to make the pasta, and were able to enjoy a variety of local home made foods. There was more food than we could eat and a delicious Puglian wine with our meal. If you want to enjoy genuine Italian family hospitality while learning some new skills, this experience is for you. It is fabulous!
