The driver and guide were very responsible and attentive, and the itinerary was fulfilling! Very satisfied! The customer service staff were also very attentive and responsible after booking, and made excellent arrangements.

Thanks the helpful customer service arrangements!! Amazing experience!!!!!! The guild was helpful!! Introduce those workshops, environment and the kiwi to us! The view of the buffet is awesome!! We saw the daytime view also the night time view during the dinner time! Also the show is wonderful!!

Towels and swimsuits can be rented for a fee, and free storage is available. There are also shower areas for rinsing off. The mud bath is fun, but for health reasons, you can only soak for 20 minutes. Your skin will be very dry afterward, so you need to moisturize immediately. The hot spring water, however, seemed quite dirty, probably because everyone rinses off after the mud bath and then goes to the hot spring. Overall, I think the mud bath is worth experiencing, but the hot spring is not okay, making the ticket price seem a bit high.

Fantastic evening from pick up to drop off. The guides were knowledgeable, site d in getting kitted out in the waterproof and briefing on kayaking for the novice to the experienced. A peaceful evening to kayak across the lake looking at the stars and then wow, into the caves and the glow of the worms was other worldly. Thanks guys for a great experience!
