We were contacted by our driver, Fabio, shortly before pickup. The pickup location was then discussed in detail. The pickup was punctual, and he waited for everyone. The car was very clean and the ride was pleasant. Highly recommended!

Guide picked us up in a Mercedes van that seated 8. Pick up was efficient and on time. We were in the back row of the van and didn’t hear any of his commentary but he was a safe driver and clearly comfortable on the mountain roads. Trip was just as advertised and expected; after rising through the clouds it was clear and sunny and we had 2 hours at the summit to walk the paths and enjoy the sunset. Sunset itself was as magnificent as the advertisement. Great way to spend an evening.

We had a fantastic experience on this tour. Everything was well organized and ran smoothly, but what really made the day special was our guide. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about Madeira. He explained the history, nature, and local life in a clear and engaging way, always making sure everyone was comfortable and safe. The pacing was excellent, the stops were well chosen, and he handled weather and timing perfectly. You can tell he truly cares about what he does. One of the best tour guides we’ve had, highly recommended.

Many thanks to Nico and the crew for a wonderful morning trip where we got to see both pilot whales and dolphins. We were rescheduled from 2 days earlier, due to the poor weather, but re-arranging was straightforward and we got plenty of notice. On the day we did get to go out, the crew went out of the way to make sure that we felt at home, that we always had food and drink whenever we needed, and to help explain what we were seeing. We also appreciated that the boat never felt overcrowded and there was plenty of seating. Unlike some of the other operators which looked crammed full of passengers. So, yes you're paying more, but we thought that it was worth it. A bonus was that one of the crew went around to take photos not just of the sea life but also of us.

The guide was on time at the pick-up point and drove us to Pico Arieiro. There, everyone had free time. Afterwards, we returned to the pick-up point.
