I used it for the first time and purchased an eSIM in the app. I appreciated the convenience from the very first minute. Upon arrival in Istanbul, my daughter was waiting for me at passport control. It was incredibly easy to use—we called and found each other. A huge plus is the automatic selection of different carriers for a strong signal, which was always 5G everywhere. However, 3GB per day (the plan was for 8 days—3GB daily) was certainly too much for me; I didn't even use 1GB (maps, social media, WhatsApp). Perhaps the hotel WiFi helped. But I'm very happy with this plan. I had a bit of trouble setting it up, but I figured it out later. You can see how much of your plan you've used in the app, which is super convenient. In short, I recommend it! 👍★

She was very helpful during my vacation in Turkey. I initially booked three SIM cards for the whole family, but it turned out that only my phone supported the e-SIM. I had to cancel the reservation and rebook just one SIM card. However, the phone ended up remembering the number from the first reservation. I was able to fix it after connecting to the hotel's Wi-Fi. I didn't have to contact customer support.★

Absolutely delightful. I bought it for Turkey. The connection was simple; I connected to Turkcell myself. The signal was great everywhere, and the internet was stable. It lasted more than a week. One downside: I never received a confirmation SMS for my travel card, but we solved the problem another way. SMS was included in the package, though. The number was French, and they called several times.
