Wow! What an amazing experience. I booked this experience for my sister in law's, daughter and I to finish off our girls weekend trip to Palma and it did not disappoint. I now understand why the slots get booked up so quickly. We were greeted by a lovely lady who explained the whole process and what to expect and everything was seamless from start to finish. The various 'bath' experiences were wonderful and so was the massage. We will definitely book again when we visit Palma again. I'm so glad I advised everyone to wear their swimwear under their clothes if you are able to as this saves time when changing at the beginning. Thank you so much to everyone working at Hammam Al Andalus.

Didn't really know what to expect here but pleasant staff guided you through the experience. Changing rooms were a bit busy when we arrived with new people arriving and passed customers getting dressed. We enjoyed the hot pool ( not that hot ) the warm pool and braved the cold pool and the steam room and drank various hot teas . Really enjoyed the 30 min massage where I could choose relaxing med or hard pressure . There was even time to go back to the pools afterwards . Didn't feel rushed whilst in there. Plenty of showers ,a few hairdryers ,face and body creams . All in all a very pleasant relaxing time

Great, beautiful location, super relaxing, and a wonderful massage (30 minutes). The showering facilities after the spa experience were also fantastic; the lockers are good, and hairdryers, a straightener, and all shower items were provided. Absolutely top-notch!

The experience was very relaxing and observed by attentive staff. if anything it would have been nice to have a break out area to talk to friends and family.

I really enjoyed everything. Everything was handled in a simple and friendly way. There are certainly things that can be improved, but that will be in the future, based on their experience. I wouldn't change a thing.
