Don't be put off by the price; it includes a hike in the Trusso Valley that other tours don't visit. It's beautiful, but the trail conditions are terrible. However, that's precisely the biggest appeal of the trip – the scenery along the way is absolutely stunning. The guide and driver were incredibly kind; since we were staying in Kazbekistan, they even took us to our hotel.★

The itinerary was relaxed and incredibly cost-effective! There was Wi-Fi on the bus. The tour guide provided very detailed explanations and answered all my questions. His English was fluent. Most importantly, it was a great deal!★

Overall, the trip went smoothly and we visited all the attractions listed in the itinerary. However, the initial gathering and check-in process needs improvement. Upon arrival at the meeting point, it was chaotic because the tour guide wasn't wearing a uniform or badge, making them difficult to identify. After checking in, we were asked to wait on the side for 30 minutes without clear directions. It would be very helpful to have clear signage indicating which queue corresponds to each tour, as many guests were unsure who their guide or driver was until their tour name was finally called.
