The one-day tour of Mount Fuji was excellent. Our guide, Hiraki, was fluent in English, Japanese, and Mandarin, making communication seamless and providing meticulous care for everyone. Fantastic! He even brought a camera to take photos for us, which was incredibly kind of me, a solo traveler. Highly recommended! Best of luck!

Coco, our tour leader, was very professional, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you for your enthusiastic guidance; we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The entire trip was packed with activities, and the tour leader recommended different restaurants at various attractions, which was perfect for us food lovers! Since learning about the travel pass, I've been making sure to get this for my Tokyo trips. This time around, I opted for the QR code, which was convenient to use as we didn't have to look for a machine to retrieve the physical pass. The only downside to this one would be there is usually only one turnstile with the QR scanner. And some stations, don't recognize the pass so you may have to go through the station booth beside it to pass through. I experienced this in Shibuya station. Other than that, it's convenient and saves you money especially if you're going to different locations in Tokyo.  If buying multiple passes, you can also share the pass to other users so they can use it directly on their phones.

Great day to for our family to Mt Fuji. We were lucky to get a glimpse of Mt Fuji as the clouds cleared which is rare in July. Driver was on time, professional and helpful, car was clean. We requested baby seats and they were provided.

Taking the Skylier from the airport to Ueno, Tokyo was very convenient and comfortable. I bought my ticket through Trip.com and exchanged it for a physical ticket at the airport counter, avoiding queues and saving a lot of time! I'll definitely take the Skylier again next time I'm in Tokyo.
