It worked well. After activation, there was a moment when I moved to a different country: the internet worked fine in the browser, but not in the individual apps installed on the phone. Restarting the phone solved the problem. The customer support rating is insignificant, as I didn't contact them.★

It worked very well, but the signal was weak in some areas. When problems arose, it was very easy to contact the service provider and Trip.com via chat. I really liked Trip.com's support; it helped resolve connection issues promptly, ensuring I had internet access throughout my trip.★
