This is always one of our favorite excursions. We took our friends who have never been on it . Great way to see the beauty of the island while kayaking down the Wailua River. The hike to the falls is pretty easy. You will be crossing in water so wear appropriate water/hiking or tennis shoes. The reward at the end is the beautiful waterfall. Levi , our guide, was probably the best we have had in the 4-5 times doing this ( and we've had really good guides each time). He was knowledgeable, friendly and made sure everyone was safe and had a good time . Oh , he also played his ukulele and sang to us as we hiked and he was amazing! Thanks Levi!

Exceptional Tour with a Highly Knowledgeable Guide! Our kayak adventure on the Wailua River was absolutely incredible, thanks to our outstanding guide, Zac. He came highly recommended by two of my coworkers who had taken different tours with him, and he completely exceeded our expectations. Zac is not only an expert in kayaking, but he is also incredibly generous with his knowledge of the area. Throughout the trip, he shared fascinating information about the local plant and animal species and provided insights into the historical events of the Wailua River. Even though the hiking trail remained closed due to recent hurricane damage, Zac ensured the kayaking portion of the adventure was engaging, educational, and deeply rewarding.
