The service was exceptionally attentive and the responses were prompt. I was initially a little worried because my English isn't very good, but it turned out there was no need to worry. The scenery was absolutely stunning, and my child was thrilled. It was definitely worth it.

It's totally worth it, although it's incredibly expensive, but it's absolutely gorgeous! However, if you're prone to seasickness, it's best to take some seasickness medication! Because there's a little bit of guided tour, and the plane tilts to the right and left, it can be quite dizzying, but the scenery is truly breathtaking! Especially the snow-capped mountains and lakes!

We were fortunate to have absolutely stunning weather, and the view of the legendary Alps from above was breathtaking! Thanks to Luwei for helping us access the system at the last minute, allowing us to make it to this trip. I highly recommend taking a small plane with children; it saves time and effort while offering amazing scenery.

Matt was awesome. The staff at the pickup point was rude and unfriendly. She should be working in a dark basement somewhere but not with people. The cruise and food were great. Aside from the bus was old and worn, this was a great experience.

This was a great experience, from the welcome right to the final step off the tour. the vessel was neat and comfortable with friendly staff and a good choice of beverages. The meal was top notch with a great variety of tasty choices. We will do this experience again when we down in Queenstown.
