A good trip is closely related to the driver. Our driver was enthusiastic and attentive, introducing many scenic spots along the way and answering our questions about customs from time to time. He arranged the itinerary and time reasonably and explained the precautions for sightseeing in great detail.★

During my trip to Tokyo, I made a last-minute decision at 9 pm to join a Hakone day tour recommended by a friend, and luckily there were only two spots left. Our guide, Xiaoyu, kept replying to our messages and sending us important notes even late at night. The weather was perfect that day; we were tired of seeing Mount Fuji along the way, haha! What impressed me most was that the company, to ensure the trip's schedule was manageable, added a cable car ride down the mountain during the busiest time. The driver then took us on a winding journey along the mountain roads, reminiscent of Hakone's old post stations. With each turn, the scenery changed, like opening a blind box—beautiful and soothing. I can't wait to come back when the autumn leaves turn red! Finally, I want to thank our guide, Xiaoyu Will, again for providing timely medical assistance when he learned I had a sudden toothache. I hope to meet you again next time!★

This day trip to Mt. Fuji and Gotemba Premium Outlets was absolutely amazing!
Although the weather was a bit unpredictable, it couldn't diminish the beauty of the surrounding scenery!
We spent the afternoon shopping at Gotemba Premium Outlets – the selection of brands was incredible, and we had a fantastic shopping spree. The person I want to praise most is our tour guide, Ms. Fan. She not only provided professional explanations of Mt. Fuji's history and culture but also thoughtfully helped us take photos and recommended good restaurants.
It was a wonderful trip! The entire itinerary was perfectly planned, so we didn't have to worry about a thing.
I highly recommend this tour, and I must give a shout-out to this incredible tour guide! Definitely a five-star review!★

A full day of sightseeing, thank you Xiao Wang for his explanations along the way. It was the first time I'd ever experienced a private car tour like this. Driver Xiao Wang not only explained local Japanese culture and customs to us, but we also had so much fun chatting and laughing along the way! Mendy, a very nice guide, spoke excellent, understandable English. The driver drove very carefully, and we managed to get some sleep. Even Mount Fuji, despite the typhoons, was kind to us and almost completely showed up, albeit on the way back.
