Reviews: Wenzhou Nanxi River Scenic Area
Guest User2013-05-03
I took advantage of the Chinese New Year holiday to enjoy an 11-day comfortable group tour of Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. It was a wonderful time spending the New Year abroad. The tour leader and guide provided dedicated and attentive service, making our trip incredibly enjoyable. They did their utmost in arranging the itinerary, shopping, meals, and accommodations. Thank you! Winter in Europe meant seeing a blanket of snow; the summer scenery must be even more beautiful...★

The hotel and flight were great, and the trip itself was smooth. However, the day trip was generally okay, but I was extremely dissatisfied with Phi Phi Island. The itinerary was absolutely awful! We left the hotel early in the morning, stayed at the pier until noon, and then went to eat. The snorkeling time was less than two hours in total, and that was in two different locations. We basically spent all our time on the boat and at the pier – it was incredibly frustrating! I hope Ctrip can find better partners to improve customer satisfaction with their trips!Trip.com picks
