Highly-colourful figure

This is a massive highly-colourful figure and monument to the Panama hat makers of Ecuador. It’s worth a photo, but nothing spectacular.

Interesting and Topical Statue

Like most, we only saw this statue as we traveled past it on our tour. It is important as this area in Ecuador is (or claims to be at least) the original inventors of the Panama hat.

Interesting Statue

She is very large, but is in the middle of a very busy roundabout. I saw her while passing in a taxi. I am not sure there is a way to truly look her over.
