The cemetery No. 3 is presumed to be the Tailing of the Kaiser Jingzong Li Yuanxuan of Xixia. The main gate is located on an open land, about 3 kilometers southwest of it is the No. 1 and No. 2, its NATO 1.5 kilometers are the No. 5 and No. 6, and its about 2 kilometers west is the No. 4 Tomb. The third cemetery faces south in the north and 55 degrees south east. The ground building was seriously damaged. The whole cemetery from south to north consists of Cape Terrace, Xingtai, Stele Pavilion, Moon City, Inner City, Temple, Tombway Seal, Lingtai and so on.
