This was my first time visiting Fenghuang Ancient Town, and I'm so glad I chose this homestay! The service was incredibly thoughtful; they helped us with our luggage, and the breakfast was delicious. They even gave us a complimentary plate of oranges when we checked in! The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped – we had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend! Plus, they offered a free ride within the ancient town. My friends and I had such a wonderful time! 🥰

Changsha in winter has a unique charm! Yuelu Mountain is tranquil, Orange Isle is vast, and Du Fu's River Pavilion, lit up at night, adds an extra touch of poetry. A steaming bowl of street-side rice noodles is the warmest comfort on a winter day. A special thanks to Xiao Tang from the hotel; from his warm greetings to preparing hot drinks in advance, his thoughtful service was like a winter sun, making the trip warm and reassuring.
These office buildings are conveniently located near the subway station, making it easy to get around. The front desk is on the 18th floor. After checking in, I added them on WeChat, and they were very responsive whenever I had questions. The only minor inconvenience was the wait for the elevator; otherwise, everything was quite smooth. They provide disposable towels, and the room has a projector that you can cast to, though you need to turn off the main lights for a clear picture. There's a small table perfect for eating takeout while watching TV. In the evenings, the area downstairs turns into a bustling night market with all sorts of street food stalls. Across the traffic light, Lu Ge Restaurant offers great value for money, and Fang Jie Fried Skewers, which only opens at night, has delicious food. It's also not far to walk to Chaozong Street, making it a nice spot for an after-dinner stroll.
This hotel is located on the top floor of a building, right next to the east bank of the Xiang River. To the west, you can overlook Yuelu Mountain and Orange Isle. The views are fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, with a subway station nearby. It's not far from major city attractions, easily reachable by foot, subway, or taxi. On the east side, the old alleyways offer a rich taste of local life, allowing you to experience the seamless blend of Changsha's modernity and tradition. The hotel service is excellent. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the mattress and pillows are just right – neither too soft nor too firm. The soundproofing in the rooms is good. On the river-facing side, due to its proximity to a main urban road and the riverside promenade, there might be a slight rustling sound from passing vehicles and people exercising during morning rush hour. However, it's all within a tolerable range, and the white noise doesn't interfere with sleeping in. (All attached photos were taken from inside the room)
The hotel's front desk service was excellent, and the room they assigned me was perfect – spacious and very comfortable. The location is also quite good, very close to Martyrs Park and the Hunan Provincial Museum, and right across from Xiangya Hospital, all within walking distance. The room's facilities are comprehensive; it's an apartment-style hotel, so you can cook, and it comes with a microwave, fridge, and washing machine. The front desk even offers different complimentary hot drinks every day. If you need a place to stay in Changsha, I highly recommend this hotel.
The view outside the window is great, and it's very close to Wanda Plaza, about a ten-minute walk. The room is very clean and has a washing machine. You can enjoy the sunset from the window, and you can even see the end of Orange Isle. The subway station is just 50 meters away, making transportation very convenient. The sliding door was a bit difficult to open, but overall, I'm very satisfied!

I've lost count of how many times I've stayed here. Every time I visit Changsha, I choose Marriott Executive Apartments. It's right by Meixi Lake, and from the moment you check in, the front desk staff are incredibly professional. Housekeeping is warm and attentive, and the room is always spotless. I haven't even had to cook or do laundry myself, which is super convenient. Plus, there's a free swimming pool and gym, and it's close to the subway station and shopping areas. It's really perfect for a long stay!
The decoration is very new, clean and tidy, the room has a washing machine, a refrigerator, a big hair dryer, a TV screen, a Tencent member, a rainy hotel to chase drama, the environment is very good, the river view outside the window is also good, the front desk lady is very nice! The value is super affordable and the transportation is convenient. The hotel is directly on the first floor of the subway station. It rains and you can go shopping at the IFC underground shopping mall without leaving home! Recommended recommended recommended!
The hotel is newly renovated and located on a middle floor, so it's very quiet. The air conditioning is also quiet, powerful, and comfortable. I stayed for three nights, and every morning when I left, an auntie would clean the room and replace the toiletries. The only drawback is that this entire building consists of hotel apartments, so waiting for the elevator on higher floors can take some time. Also, the bathroom is a bit small, and the wet and dry areas aren't completely separated.

The rooms are clean, tidy, and stylishly decorated, feeling spacious and bright. They offer a dedicated network for gaming, with each room having its own independent connection. The computers are high-spec too. The location is excellent, with convenient transport links and close proximity to attractions. The service attitude is also very good. If you're a gamer, this esports hotel is definitely your ideal choice! Highly recommended!

Located in the core business district of Wuyi Square, which is very convenient for travel. Sorrounding has many malls and resturants.
The host is very nice and helpful. We bought many parcels online and come in different days, the host helped to contact delivery man to receive parcels for us. Recommend to stay here.
GGuest UserCame here with some friends, and the front desk staff in the afternoon was excellent! She greeted us with a smile right as we walked in, helped us with our luggage, and enthusiastically handed us some brochures. The hotel itself is also great; I highly recommend staying here. The hygiene is top-notch, and the location is super convenient – everything is just a few steps away! Definitely a five-star review; it's really great value for money when you're staying with a group.

GGuest UserThis time I went to Changsha for a week, the happiest thing was staying in this hotel. The room was clean and hygienic. I was very happy sitting on the sofa on the first floor, eating takeaway and watching TV. I was also very happy to sleep in two separate rooms opposite each other on the second floor. The facilities are also very complete. The downstairs is full of food, the subway is at the door, there are at least three shopping malls around, the location is also very good, and takeaway can also be ordered, very satisfied.
GGuest UserThis is my second time staying here in Changsha, and I'm very grateful the hotel upgraded me to a larger room! The toilet flush didn't work every time, and the bathroom walls and window sills looked a bit old; I'd suggest they be updated. The breakfast was plentiful, but finishing by 10 AM felt a bit rushed. It's great that there's a pool, though I recommend bringing your own swimming cap. It's a bit of a distance from the subway station, so taking a taxi is more convenient.
GGuest UserTraveling during Chinese New Year with elderly parents and children, we initially booked a loft hotel. However, the stairs were too steep for my parents, who have trouble with their legs, so we quickly switched to a single-story hotel. It was much more elderly-friendly. The location is excellent, surrounded by malls and pedestrian streets, making dining and shopping very convenient. There's a food court downstairs, and the exit for Metro Line 2 is only 200 meters away. The owner was very welcoming. Although the facilities are a bit old, we were generally satisfied. The higher price during Chinese New Year was also acceptable.

GGuest UserI wasn’t expecting much, but I had a wonderful stay at Yunxi hotel. As a traveller from Britain who does not speak Chinese, in one of China’s least international cities, I thought it would be difficult to find my way around. However, through usage of translation apps, the language barrier was entirely shattered.
The suite was stunning, with a huge floor to ceiling window providing incredible views at night. There was a remote control luckily to control the curtains for privacy. I travelled solo, however the suite I stayed in would also be a fantastic choice for couples and groups of friends.
One of the absolute best parts - the location. It’s minutes away from IFS square, Pozi road, Huogong palace and Jiefang road, full of nightlife. This hotel was a great place for me to see what Changsha has to offer.
So, given the affordable price and responsive + friendly staff who I was talking to over WeChat all hours of the day for various recommendations and advice — I highly recommend Yunxi Smart Hotel to English speaking visitors in Changsha.

GGuest UserThis stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station and commercial area, making getting around and shopping very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding, great natural light and ventilation, and good soundproofing, ensuring a quiet night's rest. The front desk staff were warm and patient, handling check-in/check-out efficiently and quickly. The staff were responsive and proactively offered suggestions for local attractions. Overall, it's incredibly good value for money, and I'll definitely prioritize choosing this hotel for my next trip!
